Overview
You can set default appointment durations that your AI receptionist uses when scheduling bookings.
1. Go to Settings then Bookings in your dashboard.
2. Under Duration, set your default appointment length.
3. If you offer different services with different durations, you can configure per-service durations.
How it works during a call
When a caller requests a booking, your AI will use the appropriate duration for the service they are enquiring about. This ensures your calendar blocks out the correct amount of time and avoids overlapping appointments.
