Common issues

Bookings not appearing on your calendar
  • Check that your calendar is still connected under Settings then Calendar
  • Reconnect if the status shows as disconnected
  • Verify you selected the correct calendar during setup
Double bookings
  • Ensure your AI is checking the right calendar for availability
  • If you use multiple calendars, only one should be connected to Revti
Calendar shows as disconnected
  • Your authentication token may have expired — click Reconnect to re-authenticate
  • Ensure you have not revoked Revti’s access in your Google or Microsoft account settings
If issues persist, disconnect your calendar and reconnect it from scratch.
