Overview
After every call, your AI receptionist assigns a lead score based on how likely the caller is to become a paying customer. This helps you prioritise follow-ups and focus on the most valuable opportunities.How lead scores work
Lead scores range from low to high and are based on signals during the conversation, such as:- Whether the caller asked about specific services or pricing
- Whether they requested a booking or appointment
- The level of urgency in their enquiry
- Whether they provided contact details for follow-up
Score levels
- Hot — High intent. The caller wants to book or buy and is ready to proceed.
- Warm — Interested but may need follow-up or more information before committing.
- Cold — General enquiry with low immediate buying intent.
