Overview
If you are using the Request and Confirm booking mode, unconfirmed bookings will expire after a set time period to prevent stale appointments from cluttering your dashboard.
What happens
- The booking status changes to Expired
- The customer is not notified automatically
- The time slot becomes available again
Recommended action
Follow up with the customer directly if a booking expires. They may still be interested in scheduling.
Set up email notifications for new booking requests so you can confirm them promptly and avoid expiry.
