Overview

You can add notes to any call record in your dashboard. This is useful for tracking follow-up actions, recording outcomes, or adding context that your team needs.

How to add notes

1. Go to Calls in your dashboard. 2. Click on the call you want to annotate. 3. Scroll to the Notes section. 4. Type your note and click Save.

Best practices

  • Note the outcome of any follow-up call you make
  • Record whether the lead converted to a booking or sale
  • Add any special requirements the customer mentioned
  • Tag calls that need attention from a specific team member
