Overview

You do not need to change your business phone number. Simply set up call forwarding from your existing number to your Revti AI number, and Revti will answer calls you miss or choose to redirect.

How to set up call forwarding

The process depends on your phone provider, but the general steps are the same.

On most mobile phones

1. Open your phone’s Settings app. 2. Navigate to Call Settings or Phone Settings. 3. Select Call Forwarding. 4. Choose when to forward — options typically include when busy, when unanswered, or when unreachable. 5. Enter your Revti AI phone number as the forwarding destination. 6. Save the settings.

On landlines

Contact your landline provider and ask them to set up call forwarding to your Revti number. Most providers can do this within 24 hours.

Common forwarding codes (UK networks)

  • Divert when unanswered: Dial **61*[your Revti number]# then press call
  • Divert when busy: Dial **67*[your Revti number]# then press call
  • Divert all calls: Dial **21*[your Revti number]# then press call
If you forward all calls, your phone will not ring at all. We recommend forwarding only when unanswered or busy, so you still have the option to pick up.
