  • Preferred callback time

How to configure

Go to Settings then Receptionist in your dashboard. Under Details Collection, toggle on or off which fields your AI should ask for.
The more details you ask for, the longer the call. We recommend keeping it to the essentials — name, phone number, and reason for calling — unless your business requires more.
