Overview

When your AI receptionist takes a booking request, it may require your confirmation before adding it to your calendar, depending on your booking mode settings.

How to confirm

1. You will receive a notification (email or SMS) with the booking details. 2. Log in to your dashboard and go to Bookings. 3. Review the booking details including customer name, service, date, and time. 4. Click Confirm to approve the booking. The customer will receive an automatic confirmation notification once you approve.
Confirm bookings as quickly as possible. Customers are more likely to follow through when they receive prompt confirmation.
