Overview
When Customer Intelligence is enabled, your AI receptionist can recognise returning callers by their phone number and greet them personally.
How to enable
1. Go to Settings then Receptionist in your dashboard.
2. Toggle on Personalised Greetings.
3. Click Save.
How it works
When a returning caller rings, the AI checks their phone number against previous call records. If a match is found, it greets them by name — for example, “Hello Sarah, welcome back to Smith Dental. How can I help you today?”
This creates a more personal experience and makes customers feel valued.
