Steps

1. Go to Settings then Billing in your dashboard. 2. Click Cancel Subscription. 3. You will be asked for a reason — this is optional but helps us improve. 4. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after cancellation

  • Your AI receptionist will continue working until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, calls will no longer be answered by Revti.
  • You can export your data before the subscription ends.
  • All data is securely deleted 30 days after your subscription ends.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time before the billing period ends.
