Overview

Before going live, you should make a test call to hear how your AI receptionist handles enquiries, answers questions, and books appointments.

How to make a test call

1. Open your Revti dashboard and find your AI receptionist phone number on the home screen. 2. Call the number from your mobile or any phone. 3. Speak naturally as if you were a customer enquiring about your services. 4. Listen to how the AI responds, handles your questions, and collects information.

What to test

  • Does the AI greet callers correctly with your business name?
  • Does it accurately describe your services and pricing?
  • Does it handle booking requests properly?
  • Does it ask the right follow-up questions?
  • Does the voice and tone feel right for your brand?

After your test call

Check your dashboard to see the call transcript, any notes the AI captured, and the lead score. If anything needs adjusting, contact our team and we will update your configuration.
We recommend making two or three test calls with different scenarios, such as a new customer enquiry, a booking request, and a pricing question.
